The Roxy clubs have been consistently recognized as Taipei's forefront leader in music, a utopia of arts and fashion, and a pioneer of culture for Taiwan.  For 28 years, Roxy's success has surpassed the status of an ordinary business establishment, and has become a valuable cultural asset for Taipei.  Roxy's speciality lies in the natural fusion of classic mainstream culture and subculture. From the 60's hippie flower child movement, 70's funk and Rock, the 80's Soho punk scene, the 90's Grunge and Techno Rave music, to the 21st century Hip-Hop movement, at Roxy are not just considered musical trends, but are embraced as the spirit of modern-day society's melting pot.
